Your past medical history of lung cancer is really concerning and we can not distinguish the pain origin, if it is from chronic degenerations or related to cancer metastasis. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician and performing a chest X ray study and a cervico-thoracic column X ray study. A chest CT scan may be needed. Hope you will find this answer helpful! Kind regards!
