I am a 38 year old Female I HAVE had a MRI of cervical and thoracic spine. both show steonisis and bulging disc. I have had back pain over the last three months that change areas of pain. right now my back is aching on the upper left. could it be lung cancer? I don't have any other symptoms

Your past medical history of lung cancer is really concerning and we can not distinguish the pain origin, if it is from chronic degenerations or related to cancer metastasis.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician and performing a chest X ray study and a cervico-thoracic column X ray study.
A chest CT scan may be needed.
