What Causes Left-sided Sharp Pain In The Ribs While Bending Down?

2days ago I got a sharp pain in my left ribs when I bent over and again when I straightened up.It went away when I sat down but I felt quite shaken .Next day it felt a bit sore and tetchy.I felt v tired.Today it is not as sore.Would it be costachondritis

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be what you are thinking (Costochondritis) but it seems to be muscular spam and this might have happened due to poor posture, and it can be well managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac once in day and try to maintain the right posture, hope this information helps.
