What Causes Left Sided Stomach Pain After A Left Leg Injury In A Paraplegic?

I fell out of my wheelchair Feb 236/16 broke my left leg. Im a paraplegic with a catheter. from the time I fell Ive been having very sharp pains in the bottom left part of my stomach. they seem to be getting worse. Also in am and pm when I change my brief its bloody around the cath.

I'm really sorry for the fall you had.

I think the catheter has moved or broken when you fell. As you have bloody briefs around the cath, your case is an emergency, should go to ER or ask the person who is taking care of you to send to ER or check the cath. You need to replace and further treatment.
