What Causes Leg Ache And Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?

Had 3 positive pregnancy tests Tuesday April 18 started having leg pains yesterday Wednesday April 19 woke up with severe pain in my thighs and calves had light pink spotting this morning now bright red this evening what could be going on still have the leg pains

Hi, I think leg ache can be due to weakness or may be hormonal effect of progesterone. Vaginal spotting can be due to implantation bleeding. But better to go for a scan to confirm the feral well being. You can take some progesterone supplements orally or injectable. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
