What Causes Leg Ache While On Atorvastatin Calcium?
I take atorvastatin calcium and have for several years. I was told recently about a person that was having pain due to taking this and it hit me that at night my legs hurt sometimes so bad that I can t sleep. Could it be from this? Even thought I ve taken the med for maybe 10 years, it s just been within the last couple of years that my legs hurt, only at night and I take the med at night.

Statins are a known cause of Muscle cramps. Try to take Atorvastatin a little earlier in the day and see if it improves your sleep.
