What Causes Leg Cramps And Drowsiness While On Enalapril Maleate And Escitalopram?

enalapril maleate 10mg, ferrdossulf 325 mg, escitalopram 10mg, diphenhydramine 50mg, atorvastatin 10mg folic acid 1mg and vitamin d 2000 iu all pills once a day but I am sleepy all the time and get hand and leg cramps should I change any meds? thank you

hi mam,dizziness is due to diphenhydramine.leg and hand cramps can also occur in severe iron deficiency anemia.as you are already on iron preparations,no need to change that.for dizziness,dose of diphenhydramine can be reduced.please mention the indication for which you are using diphenhydramine such that i can alter the dose.thank you.take care.bye.
