What Causes Leg Pain And Knee Swelling?

Hi I ve had very sore legs foever a year now in August I went to my local a& Eas my knee was swollen they diagnosedgout but now ther saying it s not I have difficulty walking up stairs below my knee there is swelling that nobody knows what it is yet my right leg is very painful and hot then it goes icy cold can you help

it maybe osteoarthritis. hemogram including esr is to be done. x-ray knee joint should be taken. take rest and use kneecap. With blood report and xray you have to consult or tho surgeon.he will examine and after going through investigation result can advise the line of treatment.
