What Causes Leg Pain And Metallic Taste In Mouth After B12 Injection?

Hi I have recently had my b12 injection which I have 12 weekly after forgetting I hadn t had it and nearly missed 2. My symptoms now are forgetfulness constantly,disorientated with days and general feeling, metallic taste in my mouth , hot feet,achy lower legs,fatigue and weakness all over, oh and tingling in my hands

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms given here are not due to the missing the dose of injection but it is the nonspecific one and may not be due to any illness you have not mentioned your age and gender else something better could have been advised hope this information helps.
