What Causes Leg Pain With Fatigue And Heaviness In Chest During Menopause?

my whole foot hurts, up to my calfs. I am fatigued, very tired with no energy. I also have had a hard time taking a deep breath. I feel a heaviness on my chest. Its almost like I feel my lungs are bruised. It takes all of me to get out of bed. Im 52 years old on 50 mg thyroid med. I am in menopause and the doctor did put me on hormones but they mad me feel worse. I have not had a period in over 9 months.

The extreme fatigue with heaviness in the chest may be in concern with uncontrolled thyroid level with menopause underlying, low hemoglobin, associated depression or else. However, as the issue is for a period of 9 months, a thorough review of the reports of thyroid hormone levels, estrogen and hemoglobin are needed to assess the underlying cause and guide accordingly.
