What Causes Leg Rashes, Joint Pain, Migraine And Weight Gain After Taking Spironolactone?

I developed vasculitus while taking spirinaclactone , which no one figured out until 6 months after i started developing the rash on my legs - even the dermatologist that prescribed me the spirinalactone that i went to for the vasculitus didn t know it & didn t bother to investigate it. My family doctor simply googled it in Oct when i went if for the rash being severe and developing joint pain. I am now off of it for around a month and have gained 10 lbs (i feel like its water weight because i gained it really fast after going off of it) and i have been getting non-stop migraines. Do you think these are side effects of going off of it ? i had been on it for 2 years.
