What Causes Leg Swelling After A Vein Graft?

I was diagnoased with PAD and had a vein graft and a stent put into my legs. my right leg (with the vein graft) has been swollen since surgery (2yrs), and now it is swelling a bit more. I also have pain down the right side of my thigh and shin. Should I be worried? Also I am a diabetic.
