What Causes Less Sperm Mobility For A 30-year-old?

Hai sir i am 30 years old i have a 90 million sperm count but sperm motility are lessso now i taken the treatment Now i used fertisure m tablet daily twice time.pls advice how many days are used.if used sperm motility will lncrease or not pls advice

Fertisure Tablet is used for the treatment of male infertility. It improves the quantity and motility of sperms. It also replenishes important nutrients in your body.

Avoid taking medicines for indigestion (antacids) within two hours of taking Fertisure Tablet. It may take 3-4 weeks before your symptoms improve. Keep taking your medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Do not take it in doses higher than that prescribed by your doctor as that may cause increased side-effects.
