Hello and welcome to HCM! I read carefully your concern. As far as i can understand you didn't check the TSH level after changing the dose of levothyroxine from 50 mcg daily to 100 mcg daily. The symptoms you reported can be due to fluctuating thyroid hormones. I would recommend to check: -TSH,Ft4 and FT3 level and adjust the dose of levothyroxine properly.
