What Causes Lethargy And Muscle Pain While On Rosuvastatin?
My doctor put me on Rosuvastatin because my insurance no longer covers creator. I feel tired all the time with joint and muscle pain, a bit foggy and jittery. Could this be a side effect of the new med? I also recently switched from generic claritin 24 hrs to zyrtec. Could this be the issue?

The muscle pains are probably from the rosuvastatin. You need to let your doctor know about this. They may need to stop the medication. This could be serious or just a minor side effect.
The fogginess and jitteriness could be from either the rosuvastatin or the zyrtec. Try going back to the generic claritin and see if it helps
