What Causes Lethargy Even After Maintaining Good Routine?

I have been drinking plenty of plain water recently just to reduce my salt intake, I have been so tired & sleepy tough i do often urine. I do keep myself healthy by running 3 times a week for 30-45 mins & I do perspired too much. What is the reason that I feel so tired & weak.

Hi there...

The possibility I can think of with the history you have provided is electrolyte imbalance.

When you are running a lot and perspiring, you are also losing a lot of water,sugar and salts. I would suggest a solution made of a glass of water, a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt after running.

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Get your electrolyte levels checked.
