What Causes Lethargy While On Z Pack?

Been on a z pack since Wednesday (zithromax) for a respiratory infection. Last dose tomorrow, but have been lethargic and without appetite the whole time. I ve taken the z pack in the past without problem. Could my lethargy be due to the meds? Thanks.

It has caused a nervous stomach, and not sure, but have been having anxiety. I took my last dose 2 days ago and I will never take this again.
