What Causes Lethargy,sore Throat And Swollen Tongue?

Hi, I have been feeling weak and light headed for about 3-4 days now. My tongue is swollen and my throat feels a little sore. I have been having headaches and my ears feel kinda watery and hollow. All symptoms are mild accept weakness and lightheadedness. No fever, and no coughing or funny nose all though I do feel mucousy, I don t have a lot of flem. I feel like I have the flu without the fever, coughing and congestion, sneezing and snivelling...but I do have the body aches like the flu. What do I have.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
I also recommend using a throat spray for antibacterial properties.
I recommend to gargle with salty water and drink liquids.
