Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Leukorrhea may be caused by vaginal yeast infection, bacteria vaginosis, PID/STIs, birth control pills,
vaginitis,
pregnancy....If caused by yeast infection, gynosporin may help control it.However, the best best would have been to get a vaginal swap smear test, pregnancy test and other STI tests.
Absence of menses while suffering from PCOS is normal and may last for many months in some people.Absence of menses while suffering from PCOS is always due to non-ovulatory cycles.I will suggest you see your Gynecologist for examination and if need be, a
progesterone challenge test. You may get your period after progesterone withdrawal.
Your symptom may not have anyhting to do with leukorrhea.I can not say you will have your menses when you finish using gynesporin.
Just see your Gynecologist for evaluation.Your Gynecologist may also decide to treat you for a PID since your
ultrasound result revealed swelling which could likely be of infectious origin.
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
