Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all, just to let you know that Lichen planus is an autoimmune condition that is your body starts producing antibodies against your body cells causing tissue deterioration. The causes of Lichen Planus are unknown but may be linked to genetics.

Tacrolimus is an immunosuppressant which will help to suppress oral lesions, and Levocetirizine drug is an antihistamine which helps to reduce allergies, itchy skin, rashes, and etcetera.

Propysalic is a corticosteroid which acts by reducing swelling, rashes, and etcetera. All these medications that you are currently on are the most commonly prescribed line of treatment recommended by most doctors throughout the world.

Lichen planus being an autoimmune condition usually aggravates with a couple of factors like stress, alcohol intake, and change in seasons, some painkillers, smoking, etcetera.

I will suggest you to continue using these medications until your doctor has prescribed and kindly see him/her after the recommended time frame.

Keep an eye on the oral lesions in case they increase in size or change color over time. If they do, kindly see your doctor soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bibhu Dutt Nanda
