What Causes Light And Brown Colored Menstruation?

I am 38. My periods are usually spot on and reg. Avg cycle length 30 days. I got my period 8 days early, on the first of July, I wasn t due till the 9th. It was very odd tho. I normally have heavy, bright red bleeding the first day, extreme pain, sore boobs, bloating then it tapers off, lasting 4 days. This time it was very light with more brown color then red, no cramps/pain, no sore boobs, or bloating lasting 4 days. It is now 19 days after the start of that and I have been having brown watery discharge, only when wiping, for 2 days now. I have not had sex since the 23rd of June. Can u please help me?? I have no pain, no itching, no smell with the discharge.

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. Your symptoms are suggesting some hormone imbalance/local causes like erosion of the cervix, polyps of the cervix or endometrium. A proper clinical evaluation helps to clarify. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope this helps.
