Hi,

For your irregular and prolonged menstruation, you can investigate with serum TSH estimation to rule out hypothyroidism.

You can also rule out Hormonal imbalance through serum prolactin, DHEA, serum progesterone estimation etc. It's also advisable to investigate with USG scan to rule out any organic cause if present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
