General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* Usually your menses cycle get regular after a period of 2 months of
D&C procedure.

* The irregularity beyond that period must be considered as a hormone
imbalance and the same has to be tackled with your OBGY so that
further focus can be made regarding the fertility management.

Thank you.
Regards.
