What Causes Light Bleeding After Intercourse?

Hi Doc, I'm a mother of 4 and had implanon inserted about 2 months ago. The first 3-4 weeks i got brown discharge and spotting sometimes and it stopped. But now, the problem is i bleed a bit everytime my husband and I finish intercourse. Is this normal? Pls I need your advise...thank you!!!
