What Causes Light Bleeding And Brown Discharge After Having Intercourse?

I been off of the depo shot since January its now April. The whole year I was on it I never had a period or spotting , & I still haven t received a period but now after sex I have a little bleeding and brown discharge . my partner always you know what inside me but all the test say negative . what s causing the bleeding / discharge ?!!

Slight bleeding post intercourse is fine, if it is occurring every time after course, it need to be evaluated.
Other causes of the discharges like yeast infection, Bacterial vaginosis, Trichomoniasis should be evaluated for. Lack of lubrication can also present with slight bleeding.
If it is occurring once a while it is fine.
