What Causes Light Bleeding Before Period With Pinching Sensation Around The Uterus?
Hi I'm 36, have just had second abnormal smear with mild dyskariosis, will have colposcopy end of month. I have very light bleeding sometimes just before periods and same on day 7 of my periods with light pinching sensation around uterus. Can I be reassured that the bleeding is not cancer or could it be?

Bleeding and pain occurring before periods is normal and is an expected premenstrual symptom. It is not concerning for cancer.
