What Causes Light Bleeding During Menstrual Cycle?
I had my last period on the 15/07/2015 I started having a little bleed last night and today has carried on its not as heavy as a normal period but not very light and it more noticeable today than last night it is early for my period but I am not sure if it is my period? my cycle is usually 31 days please could u give me some advice

You didn't mention complete history of menstrual cycle ( age , status of cycle ) .
Since assuming that this is the first time such scanty menstruation happen , so this is not a cause of any tension , may be due to these reasons:
1 Tension
2 Stress.
3 Hormonal changes .
4 Certain medication.
At present I would like to recommend you , don't take any tension but if this occurs again and again then it will be a matter of concern .
So consult a gynecologist if recurs , so at present wait for another 2-3 menstrual cycle .
