hi iam 41 years old women, i have light bleeding for 14 days, so i did ultrasound for my uterus. the image show a lot of blood there and 9 mm posterior myoma. so please advice me what to do. note : before this very light bleeding, my previous menstruation was very heavy. many thanks
Hello dear I understand your concern Bleeding since last 14 days is not normal. Your USG suggests myoma and it is benign smooth muscle tumor of the uterus. Myoma cause excessive and continuous light bleeding. Consult the gynecologist for proper management. Progesterone pill and GNRH agonist for 5-6 months will help in resolution the myoma. Tranaexemic acid will help to reduce the bleeding. Take healthy diet with iron and folic acid supplements Drink plenty of water and take proper rest Hope this may help you
