What Causes Light Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi am currently 6 weeks pregnant and went in to do my first ultrasound and the find in we re the foetus is viable with th cardiac movement but what have me worried is that I have a mural fibroid in my posterior wall right ovary show echoless area which is a cyst and two echoless area in in the left adnexa and a large one which extends to the to the pouch of Douglas free fluid or cyst and another one is a small cyst I had a miscarriage about 6 mouths ago at 13 weeks so am worried about this one because I have light bleeding now in this one

hi thanks for writing to us
size of the simple cyst less than 4 cm should not be a cause of worry
because of previous history of miscarriage ,bleeding in any amount definetly is a cause for concern
keep a vaginal pad and watch for increased bleeding
if there are abdominal cramps or increased bleeding consult doctor immediately
a ultrasound should be repeated after 15 days to see fetal well being
usually a progesterone support is given by many gynaecologists in such a situation
be positive
