Based on the history given in your query, you seem to have developed septal (cartilaginous membrane dividing the nostrils) perforation.
This complication occurs due to "snorting" or sniffing (inhalation through nose) of Cocaine. Snorting "crack" or powdered cocaine exposes the nasal passage mucosal lining to the inhalant trauma. The vapors from the cocaine act locally in the nasal passages causing trauma to the mucosa through the vasoconstrictive effects on the delicate blood vessels in the nose which can lead to a septal perforation.
In view of the above you are advised to consult an ENT surgeon for proper clinical examination and treatment which may need a surgical repair.
Hope this answers your query.
