What Causes Light Brown Vaginal Spotting After Having Intercourse?
Hi my boyfriend and I had a sexual thing Tuesday night , he took my virginity but once my hymen tore it immediately bled out and he pulled out . Well since then ive been having light brown spots in my panties can someone please tell me what s going on ?
Hello dear Understand your concern Do not worry it is due to hymen rupture generally produce bleeding and that causes brown vaginal spotting. It will goes its own. Just take meftal spas if pain Use lubricants and condoms Use safe sex practice.
But if it will occur in future again you should consult with gynecologist to exclude precancerous condition and infection(STD: bacterial vaginosis an chlymadia)
Do the following test: 1. Pelvic examination 2. Pelvic USG 3. Hysteroscopy 4. Endometrial biopsy
You should maintain hygiene and keep vaginal area dry. wash by using warm water with added salt. Wear loose cotton underwear. Take healthy diet
Hope this may help you Wish you good health Best regards Dr. Sagar
