What Causes Light Brown Vaginal Spotting During Periods?

Hi, I m 29 years old, had my tubes ties in October 2013, 6 months after the birth of my 2nd child. My period was due two days ago, but there is no sign of it, except for the 2 1/2 days of extremely light pinkish brownish spotting I had last week. Should I be concerned?

Hi, it can happen sometimes due to infections. You need a course of antibiotics. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. For a pregnancy test also just to rule out any failure of ligation. It can also happen.
