What Causes Light Discharge And Irregular Periods?

I just stopped taking my depo about 2 months ago I had my period for like 2 days and it was really light last month. This month it had been 5 days later then the last and it is gooey and clear around the blood. Wh WWW.WWWW.WW does that mean?
