What Causes Light Headedness Along With Elevated Blood Pressure?

Yes my husband has been feeling light headed and feeling uneasy he said. I took his B/P on the right it was 170/100 left 140/90. Had him lay down and rest for 30 mins and then it was 1y0/90 R and 140/70 L. Still lighted and filling funny Another 30 mins later R 160/90 L 120/60. Should I take him to ER?

Yes you should take him to ER. First and foremost think would be to measure his heart rate. If it is increased than an ECHO shoukd be performed. If its within normal limits than anti hypertensives need to be administered.
