What Causes Light Headedness Along With Rapid Heart Rate In A Child?

My 13 year old daughter has been having some lightheadedness, shaky hands and said her heart was racing. I took her blood pressure and pulse. At first it was higher with a pulse of 101. Then I did it again and again and was watching it decrease. I started documenting to see what it was doing. It went from 120/58 then it was 116/68 with a pulse of 84 now it s 112/51 pulse is 67. Is this ok

Yes, those are all normal vital signs in a young female. I would be concerned that her symptoms may be due to stress or anxiety. If she is feeling palpitations or that her heart is racing at times, it may be of use to go to your primary care doctor and have an EKG done just to make sure there is nothing else going on at this time.
