What Causes Light Headedness Along With Upper Arm Pain And Tiredness?
I have a feeling of light headedness and also head feels a bit tight. Slight aches in upper arms and feeling of being tired. Otherwise health is excellent. I am 77 play golf 6 days a week walking all the way. BP 110/70 low cholesterol and weigh 70Kg and height 173 cm
Light headache, upper arm pain with tiredness can be part of underlying anemia (low hemoglobin) or vitamin deficiency in usual cases. My recommendations at present: - Drink more liquids to maintain hydration and avoid low blood pressure - Control of blood sugar - Balanced nutritious diet with protein, vitamins, minerals, anti oxidant fat, carbohydrates - Avoid prolong sun exposure (if involved during golf) - Regular measurement of blood pressure and vital parameters with your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
