What Causes Light Headedness Along With Weight Loss And Chest Pain?
I m sick about 7 weeks told I had sinusitis then I got stomach pain with vomiting told I picked up gastritis im on list to see ent cause of my headaches my symptoms include light headed Ness feeling run down but also I have reduced appetite ,weight loss and pain over my chest wall, could this be something different,fed up of been unwell

Understanding your concern. As per your query severe light headedness along with weight loss and chest pain due to many reasons like middle ear infection , Meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma or low blood iron or sugar level . You should not ignore this , But in your case the symptoms are probably due to condition like angina so consult cardiologist it without any delay , who may order troponin test , ECG and TMT , because sometimes the condition get complicated. You should consult with your ENT specialist and get evaluated. Doctor may order audiometry test and tuning fork test and treat it accordingly. Doctor may recommend you to start with antibiotics, steroids and labrynthine sedatives for 5 to 7 weeks. you should go for vestibular rehabilitation exercises. For now do mind relaxing exercises like meditation and take proper rest . Avoid bending forward and take proper rest.
