What Causes Light Headedness And Nausea After Smoking Pipe?

I smokes a pipe, just tobacco, and I felt immediately light headed and nauseous. I ate a full meal about 4 hours before. I sat down, and felt a little better, but I developed cold sweats and now I m laying on the bed unable to move because I feel like I will throw up. I m also very pale and clammy

The symptoms that you describe are suggestive of intolerance to nicotine, or nicotine overdose.
A change in the tobacco quality from a milder to a strong nicotine content would result in such symptoms.
However, the symptoms should subside within hours if they persist i strongly suggest to see a local physician.
