What Causes Light Headedness, Dizziness And Mild Nausea?
I am feeling very lightheaded, dizzy and slightly nauseous. I m especially lightheaded if I bend over and then stand up. It s better when I am not moving. Iif I start walking around or reach up to a shelf for something the dizziness is more intense. Wondering what this could be. I am in good health and the only medication I take is hormones to control awful periods. I am 49 years old female
Noted you are having dizziness with slight nauseating feeling...
First get your blood pressure check. As sometime simple hypotension might lead dizziness....
Get your ear examination by doctor... Especially for labyrinthitis like condition. CBC also done for checking neutrophilia . If need antibiotic given ...
Now you are also complaining dizziness while position change or walk so it can be benign positional vertigo.. For it physiotherapy and epley maneuver useful.
If you are hypoglycemic by irregular meals then also it can occur...So measure your blood sugar..
For rule out uremia like condition renal function test done...
If you have cardiac problem then Also this can occur...
Finally if no cause found I will suggest CT scan for rule out vestibular or other organic cause....
Take care.
