What Causes Light Headedness, Fatigue And Palpitations?

Im a female 27 years old. Lightheaded, weakness in legs, heart pounding stronger, weird overall feeling , and vision is more blurred at times. Feeling fatigued every day, prevents from doing normal activities. Blood work is normal. I don t know what to do :( thanks

Check ur thyroid levels - Serum TSH & Free T4. And Email me ur ECG on dr.vitrag@gmail.com . U might be having some paroxysmal arrhythmia which leads to these symptoms.
