What Causes Light-headedness, Lower Back Pain And Tingling In The Hands?
I have been feeling lightheaded since last week with tingling in the palms of my hands and at the bottom of my feet. I have also been having some pain in my mid to lower back. I went to the doctor and they did blood work. My blood was checked for diabetes, cholesterol, etc. The doctor said that all my blood work came back fine. I am still having these symptoms. Help me.
Hi, Thanks for the concern. If I were your traeting doctor. There are two possiblities 1.Your tingling in both palms and sole of your both foot could be due to Vitamin B12 deficiency. Treatment: You should take multivitamin tablets and Vit B12 injections over a period of a month. 2.Back pain associated to tingling in sole of one foot(either right or left) could be due to nerve compression due to vertebre(bone discs in your back). Treatment: For time being use pain killers and calcium tablets. Get X-ray and MRI of spine done and consult your spine surgeon.
