What Causes Light Itching Sensation In Testicle After Having Unsafe Sex?

My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex on Monday 11/2 and ever since I have had a slight itch that comes and goes throughout the day on the bottom side of the shaft closer to the balls. Is this anything we both should be worried about? Could it have anything to do with the fact she was on her period at the time?

Slighr itch on testicals may be caused by fungus infection.This is the commenest infection of skin espessialy on genital parts. If i have to treat such a patient i will advise Miconazole cream for local use Tab fluco boil your under clothes? nazole 150mg once a day and boil your under garments.
