Can the pill change my flow after 7 years? Usually my flow lasted 2-3 days now only 1 with brown gooey discharge no blood. Negative pregnancy test. No recent changes in lifestyle. Notice weight gain but can not conclude if it was in the past three months or before, help..

The light period may be due to unovulation because OC pills leads to anovulation. That leads to light bleeding. Weight gain may be due to fluid retention because of OC pills.
