What Causes Light Periods With Dominant Blue Veins Visibility?

I am 33 and have two boys 5yrs and 2yrs. I normally have periods that are very painfull, last 7 days, very heavy with lots of clotting. The last 4-5 months they have been 3 days and only about a pad full a day with no clotting and bright red. I have had nausea, blueish veins all over my body, and my breasts ache with changing nipples. Headaches and I am very tired and moody all the time. I stopped drinking Coke (I drank about a 2 liter a day) about 5 months ago and dispite the drastic calorie cut, I have not lost any weight. I haven't gained any either yet my pants do not fit the same in the abdominal area. My other areas look smaller and my thighs no longer rub together. (I am overweight to begin with) I have experienced what I think is movement. It feels the same as my other pregnancies. I also look pregnant even for being a bigger woman. I have taken multiple urine tests that are all negative. Is there any condition that also has these symptoms? I have scheduled an appointment with my Gyn. for next week but I would like to know if he does rule out a very strange pregnancy, is there anything I need to ask about incase he does not suggest it?

Also with my last pregnancy I was swollen the whole last trimester and went in multiple times for blood work finally to have my liver fail and they had to take the baby by c-section at 35 weeks and I was on magnesium for many days. The last couple of days my feet have started to swell. After my last pregnancy I have not had any swelling issues at all until this point.

Multiples run on my mother's side of the family and I have read a little about the "hook effect" as far as getting false negative pregnancy tests.
