What Causes Light Pink Patch On Either Sides Of Testicles?

Hello Doctor,I have an issue.I have a whitish pink patch on my upper thighs on either sides near the testicles.I had observed it a couple of years ago in a summer.Thinking it to be dryness of skin i ignored it hoping it would heal as the summer would pass by. There was and there is no itching at all even now.I have observed it still persists and I am really worried about the nature of it.Please suggest

you have to get checked in respect to growth. testing of sensation soft and pin prick. thermal sensation may be tested. observe for other symptoms like itching pain or scaly eruption.can apply pregmatar ointment.
