Hi.

I have gone through your query.

Some people usually get some spotting after sexual intercourse. This can happen because of hormone fluctuation.

Spotting may also be seen when one is using contraception pills, or some form of oral contraceptive method. This can cause the cycles to change slightly and cause some spotting.

Other causes of spotting include infection. Please watch any symptoms like itching, foul smelling discharge, or irregular cycles. Getting a check up when this happens and getting a swab done can help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vignan Rachabattuni
