What Causes Light Sensitivity, cataract Development And Dizziness After A Injury?

I had a closed head injury from a motor vehicle accident in 1991. I am now having problems at work with light sensitivity, developing cataract, dizziness, also ear problems, upper respiratory infections. I have an AV shunt since June 1993 for hydrocephalus. I also work under fluorescent lights which I think are making me be light sensitive, tired, spacey, etc. Do you think any of this can be related to my head injury or to the lights?

It has nothing to do with that accident. Its occupational hazard that's causing vision deterioration. Cataract has a lot of reasons. Occupational, age related, other disease related. Consult an ophthalmologist for that.
dizziness is due to decreased vision and also hydrocephalus may be a cause of that. consult back to check your AV shunt is working well or not now.

Regards!
