What Causes Light Spots On The Face?

my 4 month son has light spots on his face, on one side of his eyebrows and around his nose, the spots have been there for a while and when I asked hid doctors he didn t seem to know what it was and said they could be birthmarks which I highly doubt

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be birth mark but could be due to some allergic condition and just wait for some time because this would comes to normal if not then you can try "Diphenhydramine lotion" be patience it would be fine soon, take care.
