What Causes Light Spotting And Stomach Cramps With A History Of Hemorrhagic Cyst?

HI I had both ovaries removed one in 1994 for a hemorrhagic cyst approx 10 cm and the other in 2001 for endometroma approx 13 cm, my doctor left my uterus at the time due to my age. I am now 48 and have been on Activelle since my last surgery in 2001. last year I had some spotting and my doctor ordered an ultrasound which was normal and her exam was normal. She said it is possible as I get older to have some spotting now. I have for about 3 mos now have been having some cramping and bleeding about every 3-4 wks, very light bleeding not enough to go on a pad just when I wipe is there any concern. I have an appt tomorrow with her, should I ask her to check for anything specifically. My worst thought is cervical cancer , but my pap an HPV are negative
