What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding During Menstruation?

sir, gud morning i had sex with my girl friend on 3rd dec 2015 on 1:30 pm and yesterday she feel that she had period but that stop in liitle much bleeding and we also had a secure sex (we had used condom) and i also put out my penis immediatly after ejaculation and the condom was not also unbreaked .... is this any sign of pregnancy

Using protection and having intercourse carries a risk of 18% failure to protect against pregnancy.
However, it appears from your description that you seem to have taken adequate precautions during the act.
The cause of light vaginal bleeding in your partner could be due to stress or hormonal imbalance.
It would be better to take urine pregnancy test and consult Gynaecologist for an opinion, just to confirm that she isn't pregnant.
