What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi, I m 15 weeks pregnant and having light reddish discharge most mornings, I had ultrasound at 13 week and everything is normal, m taking Hucog 5000 and Duphaston tab. M in complete bed rest for last 1 week, though light bleeding didn t stop, there is no pain or any other symptoms of miscarriage. Kindly guide me what should I do??
